From Long Island Expressway (495) Take Exit 61 and go south to the fifth traffic light south of the Expressway, turn right into the Holbrook Country Club.

From Sunrise  Highway Take Nichols Rd (Route 97 North) to Patchogue-Holbrook Rd (Route 19).  Turn Left onto Patchogue-Holbrook Rd (Route 19) and then turn left at the fourth traffic light into the Holbrook Country Club.
